הניחא למאן דאמר אכילה ממש אלא למאן דאמר אכילה תשמיש מאי איכא למימר ועוד תליסר הויין אלא כדאמר רב חסדא צא מהן מחצה לחנווני ה"נ אתיא פלגא ושדי עלייהו

This works for the one who said that [eating] means actual eating. But to the one who said eating means intercourse, what can be said? Furthermore, this is still only thirteen. Rather, this is as R. Hisda said elsewhere: Deduct a half for the [profit of the] shopkeeper, so here also take a half and add to them.
